Ingredients

4 servings

2x 400g tinned tomatoes
6x large cloves of garlic finely chopped
2x tbsp of sugar (castar or normal)
200 mlvegetable stock
2x splash Tabasco sauce
2x splash Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper for seasoning
250 gmascarpone
A fewtorn basil leaves

Steps

Add tomatoes, garlic, stock and sauces into a pan with salt and pepper. Simmer gently for 5 mins.

Stir in mascarpone and blend to a smooth soup.

Simmer for 2 mins.

Serve with crusty bread and garnish with the basil leaves. Enjoy.
