For dough

First take bowl put maida,salt and oil in it.

Muddhi band moyan.

Make a flexible dough out of lt.

Keep it covered at rest for 30 min.

For stuffing

First of all soak the daal in water then boil 5-10 min.

Take a pan put 4 table spoon oil in it.

Add hing and jeera to heated oil.

Add besan to it and saute it.

Add salt and haldi and saute it.

When besan is half fried add daal to it along with water.

Add to it slightly chooped dhania and laal mirch powder laung and kaali mirchitill all the water is lost.

Add garam masala to it.

Stuffing is now ready.

For making kachori.

Make small ball of maida and stuffing.

The maida is then slightly rolled with belan.

Put the ball of stuffing inside the roiled maida,making a single ball.

The slighty press it with the palm and flatten it.

Meanwhile oil is first heated and then turn off the flame and put the balls of maida with stuffing in the heated oil.

When the kachori start to float in oil, again turn on the flame.

Kachori is ready.
