Peel the baigan and mash the pulp.keep aside.

Take pan.Add oil and heat it.add ginger and green chilli saute in a few min.

Add onion and saute till brown.

Add tomato and all ingredients.mix well and cook for 15 min. in a low flame.

Serve hot. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Now ready to eat with paranthe and chapati.
