Red Coconut chutney with curd

Take out coconut from shell. Cut in to small pieces.

Take a grinder jar. Add roasted gram (daliya) green chillies, few curry leaves, lil salt and grind it to the fine powder.

Add cut coconut pieces,garlic cloves, red chilli flakes, and water. Grind it and make a fine paste of it. Add salt as per taste. Add curd and mix it.

For tempering take a pan. Add oil. Heat it. Put mustard seeds, Curry leaves,urad daal. Saute till urad daal become lil pink. Turn off gas. Temper your chatny with it. Mix it. Cover it for a minute and serve it.
