Heat a pan

To a bowl add the eggs

Add the spices and milk mix well

Dip the bread in it coating the bread well.

Put the bread on the hot pan

Turn as needed move to a plate till all the mixture is done.

Form two large thin patties with the sausage. Fry on the pan

Turn as needed to get the patties done

Move the patty to a slice of the bread

Fry the 2 eggs

Option number one fry egg with the yoke still runny. Add to second slice of bread.

Option 2 break the yoke and fry. Add to second slice of the bread.

Third option put honey on the two layers

Cover with third slice of bread
