Ingredients

  • 1 cupcooked rice
  • 3 stripsbacon
  • I large carrot
  • 1/4 cuppre cooked peas
  • 1/4 cupfried peanuts
  • leavesChopped corriader
  • 1large chopped onion
  • 1 Tblolive oil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and cook till brown

  2. 2

    Add chopped carrots, peas and cook for 2 minutes

  3. 3

    Add the pre cooked rice fried peanut corriader leaves and salt to taste.

  4. 4

    Service hot.
