Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcooked rice
  2. 3 stripsbacon
  3. I large carrot
  4. 1/4 cuppre cooked peas
  5. 1/4 cupfried peanuts
  6. leavesChopped corriader
  7. 1large chopped onion
  8. 1 Tblolive oil
  9. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and cook till brown

  2. 2

    Add chopped carrots, peas and cook for 2 minutes

  3. 3

    Add the pre cooked rice fried peanut corriader leaves and salt to taste.

  4. 4

    Service hot.
