Steps

Add tomatoes, tamarind in a pan. Add 1/4 cup water. Boil it until tomatoes softened.

Let it cool. Blend it in a blender. Strain & remove peels & seeds.

Boil it again in a pan. Add jaggery, salt, red chilli powder & cumin powder. Once it thickens. Switch off gas.

Serve with samosa, Kachori or pani puri.
