Cooking Instructions

Place carrots in a lidded frying pan, one layer if possible.

Add stock, butter and honey, bring to the boil and simmer with the lid on for 15-20 minutes until carrots are tender.

Remove lid, increase heat and boil gently until stock has reduced to a syrupy glaze.
