1/2 packagesshredded colby jack cheese
1 packagesbacon bits
1ranch dressing

cube and boil potatoes until skin starts to come off then strain and chill potatoes

fold in sour cream, bacon bits and shredded cheese

add ranch and salt to taste cover in shredded cheese and bacon bits serve chilled
