Steps

Chop finely the spinach.

Heat oil and fry the chopped spinach until tender.

Take coconut, pepper powder, salt, jeera and little buttermilk and grain smoothly.

At the last add spinach and grain 3-4 seconds.

Pour into a vessel and add remaining buttermilk.
- 6
Do the seasoning and add, stir and serve along idly, dosa etc.
