Ingredients

2 tbsppeanut oil
3 clovegarlic
50 gramsginger finely sliced
2red chillies finely sliced
4chicken breast fillets cut into small pieces
2 tbspfish sauce
2 tspsugar
1 bunchcoriandor stalks removed roughly chopped
1ground black pepper
1jasmine rice

Steps

heat wok then add oil
2

add garlic ginger and chillies and stir fry until golden
3

add chicken and attorney for 1 to 2 mins
4

stir in the fish sauce and sugar and stir fry for another 4 to 5 mins until cooked
5

season with pepper and add some of the fresh coriandor
6

put chicken in serving dish and garnish with remaining coriander serve with Jasmine rice
