Lachha Paratha is all time favorite indian bread which goes well with almost all gravies or even with pickle .. Today I have prepared yummy Lachha Paratha from whole wheat flour ..taste and health hand in hand

In a mixing bowl take whole wheat flour, salt and 1 tablespoon of ghee

Mix well and knead a soft dough using milk

Keep aside ready dough covered for some time

Knead it again to smoothen it

Now take a tennis ball size dough roll out a big chapati with the help of dry flour or dusting. Apply ghee on it all over and dust some dry flour.. give multiple vertical cuts in chapati using a knife

Lightly roll the chapati and make a ball out of it

Dust it with dry flour and lightly roll out again a chapati

Heat pan and cook.. later leave some ghee from sides and cook from both sides till golden brown using a spatula by pressing in between

Crush it little before serving and serve hot immediately with your favourite accompaniments
