Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsevaiya or vermicelli
  2. 2 tspghee
  3. 1 cupwater
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 2 cupsugarcane juice
  6. 2cardamom
  7. 2cloves

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast sevia with two tsp ghee and add one cup water,boil for 3-4 minutes then add two cup sugarcane juice and boil,add milk stir it well then off the gas. make powder of cardamom and cloves & add to it.

    Serve hot or cold. (You can add fried cashew nuts,& raisins if you want)
