Ingredients

  • Rum braised steak
  • 3 lbsteak
  • 3 tbspspicy mustard
  • 8 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbspchopped garlic
  • 1 3/4 smallchopped onion
  • 5 tbsplawry's seasoning salt
  • 4 tspblack pepper
  • 1/4 cupbacardi rum
  • blue cheese and garlic infused mashed potatoes
  • 1 packagesinstant mashed potatoes
  • 2 envelopelaughing cow blue cheese cubes
  • 1 1/3 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 cansweet peas
  • basil green peas
  • 1 cansweet peas
  • 2 tspbasil
  • 3 tbspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    rinse steak with vingear and cold water, tenerize steak manually if needed

  2. 2

    mix all ingredients for steak together and place in a shallow baking dish

  3. 3

    cook until brown or for best results 45 Minutes check steak and flip cook for another 15 Minutes

  4. 4

    melt cheese in boiling water

  5. 5

    add mashed potato mix and cook according to instructions

  6. 6

    add garlic powder and whip

  7. 7

    sauteed peas with butterngarlic and butter for 15 Minute

  8. 8

    serve
