Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchfresh coraiander
  2. 1capsicum roast in gas stove with help of silver wire ring
  3. 1 cupchopped tomato
  4. 2medium chopped onion
  5. 6 cloveGarlic
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. to tasteRed chilli
  8. 1/2 spoonDry mango powder
  9. 2 spoonTomato sauce
  10. 2 spoonLemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash Coriander leaves thoroughly till all dirt runs out.

  2. 2

    Tear the leaves and cut in small pieces.

  3. 3

    Remove the skin of roasted capsicum and cut into small pieces.

  4. 4

    Now blend capsicum, Coriander with all ingredients into a blender till smooth.

  5. 5

    Serve as a condiment or Dip or use it with chapati, bread, rice or prantha.
