preheat oven to 180c

toss tomatoes, onions, garlic mushrooms with seasonings in a little oil until coated

Then roast in oven until cooked down

soak porcinic in warm water for about 20_30 mins

heat a thin layer of olive oil in frying pan and cook chicken until golden brown all over

add wine and seasonings and reduce, uncovered

then add stock, cover and turn heat down and gently cook for about 20 minor until chicken is tender

remove chicken, add porcinis with a little of,the soaking liquid, together with roasted vegies, mix well and continue to cook for a few mins

return chicken and any juices to the pan, together with. capers and 1 tbs of parsley

cook pasta and mound on plate, top with chicken and soon over sauce and garnish with parsley
