Mash aalu me corn flour namak, haldi, jeera powder mix krenge

Achhe se mix krne ke baad tikki ka shape denge.

Garam tawe par oil dalenge fir tikki ko brown hone tak achhe se sek lenge.

Ab ek tikki ko plate me nikal lijiye

Tikki ke upar kala namak daliye, ab jeera powder daliye

Fir usme boiled chane ko daliye.

Ab aap sab se pahle namak fir jeera powder, pyaz, gajar(grated), dahi, green chutney, red mirch powder, green chilli, papdi, sev daliye.

Ab aapka chaat serve ke liye ready hai.
