Slice the vegetables so it is prepared.

Cut the marrow in half length ways. Dig the seeds out with a spoon. Put half the seeds aside and chuck the rest away.

cook the mince in a wok until brown. Add the sliced veg in the wok and mix well with the mince until it's soft.

Add the marrow seeds in the mince and mix it together. Put the lid on after. slice and mash up the garlic till it is a paste. Then put it in with the veg and mince.

Then put the canned tomatoes, chilli, Worcester sauce and Rosemary and leave to book for 5min. preheat the oven on 200c.

As it is 5 min add the mince in marrow and put cheese on top. add the lid of the marrow on top and wrap the stuffed marrow with a string and Tin foil and put in oven for 1hr 30min.

If the skin of the marrow still hard put it in longer. check by putting a normal knife through it.

when done slice the stuffed marrow by the width and use a big spoon to dish on plate and a fork to hold together. And there you have a gorgeous stuffed marrow.
