Steps

Wash the Methi leaves and cut them (Avoid chopping them fine as it would reduce the Methi flavor).

Cut the Coriander leaves.
Chop the Green Chillies finely. - 3
Take a chutney bowl and add the above ingredients along with the lime juice and salt.

To make the mixture consistent, apply ½ tsp of cooking oil to your hand and mix all of the above.

Serve as a side dish with Roti-Sabji or use as a sabji with Bhakri and bread, etc..
