Ingredients

2 serves
  1. 1whole fresh fish
  2. Enough oil for deep frying
  3. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the fish very well removing the intestines and other parts of the fish that are bitter. (if you do not know how to do it ask the seller to do it for you)

  2. 2

    Wash the fish very well making sure you have remove all the intestines and dirt in the fish.

  3. 3

    Then put the fish to dry while preparing your oil by heat in medium to high temperatures.

  4. 4

    Then fry the fish in the oil for around 8 minutes in each side.

  5. 5

    Remove from heat then refry it again to make it dry.
