150 gsugat
150 gbutter
20 gsultanas
40 mlmixed fruit juice
2 tspbaking powder

Weigh your ingredients ready to bake

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy

Add the eggs bit by bit folding in

Add the flour the sultanas and juice and fold in

Preheat the oven at150 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. After its done prepare royal icingand pipe on the cake, garnish with strawberies.

Serve withe custard sauce
