Saga (Osuga)
This is my traditional food. I loved the way grandma made it. Though I can't quite replicate it the same way she did but I can say I try my best
Steps

Do the previous preparation by removing the saga leaves from the stalk.

Wash and put to boil with salt. Boil for 30 while using a pressure cooker and about 2 hours with a normal jiko. minutes until soft.

Dice the onions into small pieces.

Then fry the onions using 2 tbsp of oil. Fry until slightly brown.

Then drain the water used for boiling and add the saga to the cooking onions. Add in salt too.

Stir very well. Cook until water finishes.

Add in milk and boil the saga for 5 minutes then serve.
