Cooking Instructions
- 1
preheat oven to 180°F and grease and line a 25x35 cm tin
- 2
melt dark chocolate, milk chocolate and butter. stir and allow to cool slightly.
- 3
whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. beat in melted Choc mix. fold in flour and cocoa powder, do not over mix.
- 4
pour mix into tin, scatter white Choc chunks over, press in slightly.
- 5
bake for 25 mins until set. a skewers should have a little mix on if inserted.
- 6
leave to cool in tin then cut into squares
