Ingredients

  1. 3 1/4 cupwheat flour
  2. 2 1/2 cupwhite flour
  3. 1 1/4 tbspsalt
  4. 3 1/2 tbsphoney
  5. 1 cupwarm milk
  6. 2 packagesyeast ( rapid rise)
  7. 3 1/2 tbspbutter
  8. 2 tbspPowdered milk
  9. 1 1/2 cupwater
  10. 1 tbspOlive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Combine water, milk, butter, honey and sugar. Then warm to 120 130°F.

    Combine wheat flour, white flour, powdered milk, yeast and salt.

    Add dry and liquid ingredience in a part bowl.

  4. 4

    mix with large spoon and then finish with hands.

    let sit for one hour to rise

  6. 6

    mix again with hand then put into greased loaf pan and let sit for another 20 minutes.

    bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
