Ingredients

  1. 2 mediumonion
  2. 1 mediumsweet pepper
  3. 2 mediumcarrots
  4. 1/2 packagessmall shell pasta
  5. 1 headbroccoli
  6. 1 mediumbutter nut diced
  7. 1fresh ground black pepper to taste
  8. 1 largezucchini
  9. 2 clovegarlic
  10. 2sprig thyme
  11. 1salt to taste
  12. 1/2 tspnutmeg
  13. 2 tspadobo all purpose seasoning
  14. 2 tbspitalian seasoning
  15. 1 mediumeggplant
  16. 1/2 cupsifted flour
  17. 1/2 stickbutter
  18. 1 dashred pepper flakes
  19. 2 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    heat oven to 350°f. chop vegetables and place on baking sheet, drizzle olive oil and sprinkel salt and pepper to taste. Place in oven. on high heat boil water for pasta. when bubbling add pasta and stir.

    cook pasta till tender. turn vegetables occasionally till cooked well.

    strain pasta, place back in pot and rest aside. In a cause pan melt butter and sift in flour and mix with a wisk. add fresh seasoning and spice. when smooth. gradually add milk. when done add died broccoli. take vegetables out of oven. drizzle pasta with olive stir, add vegetables. the gradually mix in sause. place back on low heat stir till everything is coated well. remove from heat. Finish
