Grind to a paste: 1/ 2 bunch coriander leaves, 1 large piece of ginger, 1/ 2 teaspoon jeera, 5 cloves, 1/ 2 teas haldi, 5 green chillies, 6 garlic flakes, 1/ 2 teaspoon pepper, 1 cinnamon stick

2. Fry sliced onion in oil. Add chopped tomato.

3. Add the ground paste and the lime juice . Add the cooked meat and fry it in the masala. Add the stock / water ( double in quantity of the rice) and salt.

5. Let it come to a boil and then add the rice. cook. on slow fire till done. Garnish with the boiled eggs.
