Instead of normal pav bhaji ka sabji try this
Steps

Pressure cook white peas for 5 whistle. Take it out and strain out all stock

Heat butter and add hing and ginger chilli and garlic paste. And saute it till it become slight yellow. Add chopped onion and fry ut till it become golden brown.

Add tomato and onion puree with all spices and let it cook till every thing gets pasty or mushy. Use masher in case you want.

Now add white peas, and salt. Add stock to make it thinner and cook it till it gets aromat and serve it with pav.
