combine flour, water and salt to form a smooth dough. divide into 8 balls.

mix the remaining ingredients into a well mixed mash.

roll out the dough balls. (about 5" across) then slice in half.

fill the dough with chickpea filling. pinch the dough aroind it to seal using a little water if needed.

heat a pot with several inches of oil to 375°F. fry till golden. drain on towels before serving. enjoy.
