Preheat oven to 325.

Mix mayo, honey and dijonaise together and set aside.

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Beat egg with water to make egg wash.

Coat chicken in flour then egg wash then bread crumbs. Place on cookie sheet and bake about 45-50 min.

Top each breast with ham and cheese. Place back in oven for 10 minutes till melted.

Serve with honey mustard for dipping.
