swiss chard wraps
very simple, great way to get the good out of greens
Cooking Instructions

bring water to boil in medium sauce pan
- 2
lower heat add swiss chard, cover, and steam 5-8 mins
- 3
follow directions on package to cook rice
- 4
warm beans on stove top
- 5
drain and cool swiss chard, shouldn't be too well done, want to be able to work with

add rice and beans to leaf of swiss chard roll into wrap and place in greased baking dish
- 7
make enough wraps to use up swiss chard, extra rice and beans can be filled in around wraps

add pepperjack cheese slices on top
- 9
bake 15-20 mins at 350°F

I was thinking about making ginger pork saute but then inspiration hit me ...I should make meat wraps!! These are my new favorites You can make them with whatever leftovers you have in the refrigerator ( ˇ ←)If you sprinkle the flour on right before cooking, the rolls will brown nicely. Some fat will come out of the pork; soaking it up with a paper towel will keep it from being too oily. When eating these as snacks to accompany alcohol, cooking them with garlic will make them even better.If you're making these for kids, add some cheese - they will love it.
