Soak white chana overnight, next day pressure cook it for 3 whistles

In the cooker add oil fry chopped onions fry nicely till light pink, then add tomatoes bhunyo nicely till oil comes out,then add little water an pressure cook it for 3 whistles

Then off the gas an beat the mixture, then on the gas place the cooker add salt,red chilli powder, dhanya powder, amchoor powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder,chanamasala powder, kasturi methi, coriander leaves,ginger garlic paste an bhunyo nicely, then add the chanaan little water an pressure cook it for 4 to 5 whistles

Then take a plate put one slice of bread, then pour one serving of chanall over it,

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, chopped onion, grated carrot, sev, green chutney, tamarind chutney

Add 1 spoon of beaten curds to it
