Heat the butter and olive oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and onions and saute on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.Add the corn, capsicum and salt and saute for another 3 to 4 minutes.

Remove from the flame and add olive oil,lemon juice,green chilli sauce,chopped coriander, salt and freshly ground black pepper powder and mix well.

Serve warm or cold.
