  1. 4 cuppacked, fresh Basil
  2. 1 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  3. 3/4 cuppine nuts,lightly roasted
  4. 2 cloveroughly chopped garlic
  5. 1/2 tspkosher salt
  6. 3/4 cupextra virgin olive oil
  7. TIP
  8. 1to intensify green color of pesto, blanch in boiling water for 5 seconds, shock Basil in ice water, squeeze and continue with recipe

Cooking Instructions

    combine all ingredients, except the oil, in processor, pulse until mixture is finely chopped.

    with motor running slowly pour oil into feed tube.

  3. 3

    use immediately or freeze fir up to one month
