1/2lettuce
1/2 cupbellpeppers
2 tablespooncucumber chopped
2 tablespoontomatoes chopped
2 tablespoonboiled potatoes chopped

Ingredients for dressing **
1 tablespoonolive oil
1 tablespoonfresh lime juice
1 teaspoonmolasses
1 teaspoonItalian mix herbs
as per tasteSalt
