Cut beetroot in half

Peel it & give some cuts so you can fix in carrot slices

Cut shape of face & leg & set it

Take pepper corn and set as eye

Take spring onion & keep like feather

At the end of feather arrange purple cabbage leaves with zigzag cut

If you like you can decorate with more carrot & radish slices

Sprinkle on top salt & pepper powder
