Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 tspOlive Oil
  2. 2 sliceTurkey Bacon
  3. 1 bag(6 oz.) Baby Spinach
  4. 2 sliceWhole Wheat Bread
  5. 2 tbspGarlic and Herb Cream Cheese ( you can mix your own if desired)
  6. 2Thick slices of Tomato

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. 2

    In a medium skillet, warm oil over med-high heat. Cook bacon till crispy, cool and crumble.

  3. 3

    Return pan to heat and cook spinach in remaining oil until wilted, stirring frequently. ( 3-5 mins).

  4. 4

    Spread 1 tbsp. of cream cheese onto each slice of bread. Then top with spinach, tomato, and bacon.

  5. 5

    Place slices on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 mins ( or until light brown and warmed through). Enjoy!

    Nutritional Facts (per serving): 190 cal., 7g. protien, 22g. carbs, 6g. fiber, 9g. fat
