Soaked the green moong dal for 3-4 hrs

Then remove the green skin from moong dal

Then make a paste no add water in it

Chopped the onion,green chillies,coriander leaves,spinach (optional) and grate the ginger

Take a bowl pour the dal paste, chopped veggies and salt mix it well

Then heat the oil when oil is heated mixture of dal give them a pakoda shape pour in the oil

When the pakode colour change in brown colour remove from the oil in plate

Serve with spicy green chutney

It's delicious pakoda

You can add chopped spinach in batter of moongdal then all procedure is same
