Steps

Soak beans for few minutes, Pound, remove chaff and wash. Pour in a container.

Add up fresh pepper, onion.

Add little water and blend.

Add palm oil, ground crayfish, salt, and maggi.

Fetch paste and pour little by little in a white polythene leather.

Place pot on heat and add 1 liter of water. Allow to boil then add the tied paste. Allow to boil for 30mins.

Moi moi is ready.
