  • 4 cupssugar beans
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tsprajah
  • 2onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • 200 gbeef
  • 1hand full chomolia
  • 1large carrots
  • 1green pepper
  • 2beef stock
  • 6 tbsoil

    Boil sugar beans until well done

  2. 2

    Separate fry onion garlic with all spices

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and carrot chopped in a chips shape

  4. 4

    Add chomolia and finely cut beef cook for 20minutes

  5. 5

    Then pour sugar beans and long chopped green pepper let it simmer for 10min

  6. 6

    Ready to serve
