Steps

Parboil the beans with pressure pot for 35minutes.

Wash the beans and pour back and boil in a normal pot.

Boil it as is soft.grate the ginger and garlic and cut the onion pour all in the beans.

After 10mins,put blended crayfish and fresh pepper and salt.

Boil till the beans till is soft and pour in red oil.

Turn very well with wooden spartula and boil for another 5-8mins.turn very well again and the beans is ready.

Heat up the vegetable oil,slice the plantain and fry for 3mins.
