Take a wheat flour add ajwain,salt, oil, spinach red chilli powder use water make a soft doe rest it15 min keep aside.

Peel potato crushed and grinding poached pea. Take a bowl Mash each other very well.

Heat a pan with oil add asafoetida, fennal and cumin seeds and finely chopped chilli steer it.

Add potato and pea mixture.

Red chilli and dry mango powder use and fry it.

After 5min add salt and fry another 5min.

Add chopped coriander serve in a plate and chill it.

Take the doe and stuffed mixture in the pic of doe.

Make a Pratha bake on the medium flame.

Serve Garma garm.... With Chutney Achar... Or rayta.
