Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgamla
  2. 2 table spoonmustard oil
  3. 3 table spoondhaniya powder
  4. 2 tea spoonturmeric powder
  5. 3 tea spoonred chilli powder
  6. 1 tea spoonjeera
  7. 1/2 tea spoonhing
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. 2 tea spoonsaunf

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut Amla into pieces

  2. 2

    Take oil in kadai, add jeera hing and salt

  3. 3

    Add Amla and all masala

  4. 4

    Cover it let it cook till it becomes soft

  5. 5

    Add saunf and mix well

  6. 6

    Cover and keep it for more 5 minutes

  7. 7

    Amla achar ready to eat
