Was a delicious meal and potatoes were a great addition!
Cooking Instructions

Preheat the Oven to 400°F.

De-seed the peppers and slice into strips.
- 3
Slice onion into strips.
- 4
Peel and slice garlic cloves into small slices.
- 5
Add sausage, peppers, garlic, and onion into a baking dish.
- 6
Drizzle olive oil over the sausage, peppers, garlic, and onions and mix around until everything is lightly coated.

Wash potatoes and cut into small slices.
- 8
Put potatoes on a separate baking dish.

Drizzle olive oil over potatoes and mix until they are lightly coated.

One ingredient at a time, sprinkle basil, oregano, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder over potatoes until each ingredient has a light coat on potatoes.

Bake sausage and peppers and potatoes for about an hour.

Occasionally stir sausage and peppers and flip potatoes.

Bake until the sausage is no longer pink inside and until the potatoes a browned and slightly crispy.
