Combined all ingredients,except the honey and worcestershire sauce, in a dish and let marinate over night in the fridge.

If oven cooking and when ready to cook, preheat you oven to 150C.

Mix worcestershire sauce and honey in a bowl to use for basting

Cook ribs in a frying pan or wok,until juices evaporate and ribs are slightly dry, then lay in an oven rack and cook for 30min, basting occasionally.

When they are golden serve with a side salad or a bed of mashed garlic potatoes.
