Red velvet cake with coconut frosting and strawberry toppings

Mix all liquids, salt, cocoa powder and sugar together in a mixer bowl

Beat on low speed for 2 minutes and fold in flour. Then add your red food colour

Continue beating on low speed for 4 minutes

Grease a baking pan with little butter and pour the batter in. Then bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a tooth pick poked in comes out clean

For the frosting, i made use of powdered whipping cream and condensed milk with little water and whipped with a mixer for 5 minutes
