
Basque Chicken
Sweet chicken with a hint of spice and rice!
Steps

Roll the chicken in the flour and fry it in a pan with oil and thyme and oregano until golden brown

Put tomatoes in a bowl and fill with boiling water. Leave to soften

Add the onions and cook until soft and stir frequently. Add the peppers

Take the tomatoes out and peel and chop them. Add them to the pan.

Make the stock and pour in. Add more flour if the sauce isn't very thick.

Add cayenne pepper and Leave to simmer while the rice is cooking. Serve
