Generally we buy soya chaap from market. But you can make it at home. It is very easy to make and of course very hygienic too....

Generally we buy soya chaap from market. But you can make it at home. It is very easy to make and of course very hygienic too....
Steps

Soak 1/2 cup soya beans with water overnight.

Boil 1/2 cup soya chunks for 5 mins.

Sqeeze off the water from soya chunks and blend it.

Now drain off the water from soaked soya beans and blend it to a smooth paste adding water as required.

Now transfer both the things in a plate and add in 1 cup maida and salt.

Combine well and knead dough. Rest for 5 mins. Then prepare ball sized dough.

Dust the dough with maida and roll thin.

Cut into strips.

Roll the strips around the ice cream sticks.

Boil water and drop rolled sticks into water.

Boil for 15 - 20 mins.

Now drain and transfer into cold water.

Finally drain off the soya chaap sticks. Soya chaap is ready..
