spray bottom of 9 X 13 cake pan

Beat together butter and sugar till flluffy

Add vanilla, egg whites, and egg and beat until smooth

Add cocoa and milk, beat for two minutes. Will look slightly curdled

Sift together flour baking powder, salt, and mix into wet ingredients until well blended.

Pour into greased pan

for topping.....beat together cream cheese, cornstarch, vanilla

Add sweetened condensed milk, and egg.

Beat on medium until well blended

Gently pour over chocolate batter to completely cover

Bake at 350 for approximately 35 minutes or until topping feels springy
