Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cup Mix Veggies finally chopped (carrot; capsicum and tomato
  • 1 tablespoon boiled corn
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper powder
  • as per taste oregano
  • 1-2 tablespoonsOats grinded in mixer

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat butter in a pan and add chopped veggies and corn

  2. 2

    Saute for 5min

  3. 3

    Add two cups of water and boil the veggies for 5min

  4. 4

    Add oats; salt and pepper. Boil for 5min with constant stiring

  5. 5

    When water gets thickened enough put off the flame and add oregano.

  6. 6

    Serve hot
