Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgtomato
  2. 2 inchGinger (mashed)
  3. 1 small sizeGarlic (mashed)
  4. 1 tspbutter
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/3Pepper corns

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the tomato in small pieces.

  2. 2

    Boil with 250 gm water and till it became tender.

  3. 3

    Add ginger, garlic and salt to taste

  4. 4

    Stir slowly on low flame and cook 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Now filter it

  6. 6

    Garnish with butter and pepper corns
